Ruth Lee Reissig died on Wednesday, July 11, 2012 in Billings. She was 88.
Ruth was born on Nov. 6, 1923, in Paradise, Kan., to Gus and Thelma Bronson.
She married Ernest Roland Reissig on Feb. 22, 1953 in Hays, Kan. Her husband worked for the U.S. Park Service.
The couple lived all around the United States, then retired in Billings.
She attended the Lutheran church, and enjoyed quilting, her sorority group and the spinning and weaving club.
Ruth is survived by her husband of 59 years, Ernest R. Reissig; daughter Michael Roller; son-in-law Edwin E. Roller; stepdaughter Mervis Reissig; three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
A funeral service were held at 3 p.m. Monday, July 16, at Thompson Funeral Home in Powell.
