Ada Nanette Godard

Ada Nanette (Nancy) Godard, 69, died Saturday, July 12 at her Powell home.

She was born March 8, 1939, at Great Falls, Mont., daughter of Lawrence Synhorst and Grace (Servoss) Synhorst. She graduated from high school and married Tony Godard on Aug. 27, 1957, at Rawlins. They made their home in Powell and were later divorced.

Survivors include two sons, Marty (Amanda) Godard of Eugene, Ore., and David (Lila) Godard of Tucson, Ariz.; a daughter, Shanna Barnes (Jerry) of Powell; her mother, Grace Mata Synhorst of Powell; a sister, Donna Waeckerlin of Helena, Mont.; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Larry Synhorst; a sister, Audrey Sinter; and her ex-husband, Tony Godard.

At her request, no services will be held. Thompson Funeral Home is assisting the family.
