Alan Dee Stingley, of Salt Lake City, Utah, passed away on May 22, 2019.
He was born on July 17, 1950, to James Oral Stingley and Elizabeth Ann (Henry).
Before retiring, Alan was a truck driver and served in the Army. He was a member of the Church of Latter-day Saints.
In his free time, he enjoyed putting puzzles together and collecting classic cars.
He was preceded in death by his father James Oral Stingley, mother Elizabeth Ann Stingley, sister Oraline Earley, and brother James Oral Stingley, Jr.
He is survived by his son Terry Alan Stingley of Lovell; daughter Mariah Walker of Powell; sisters Phyliss Stingley Massie of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Brenda Haynes; and five grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on June 18, 2019, at 10:00 am at the Church of Latter-day Saints, at 1026 Avenue E in Powell. Burial will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery.
