Albert Eugene Renaud, born Dec. 24, 1952, passed on July 11, 2026 in Powell, Wyoming. Albert was 73 years old. Albert was born to Frederick and Florence Renaud in Baltimore, Maryland, and raised in the Hamilton area of Baltimore. He made a career serving the United States.

Within the Army, Albert served for two years in Germany, then stations across the world, as a sergeant he retired with 22-plus years of service from the Army Reserve.

In 1974 Al moved to Cody, Wyoming, met and married Diana Sandler in 1976 with a lasting marriage of 18 years. They have one child together, a son, Josh Renaud, born to them in 1977. Al was passionate about computers and gaming, rock hunting at its finest level as an educated mineralogist and had a sporadic love of various history subjects. Albert is survived by his ex-wife Diana Renaud (67), his son Joshua Renaud (49), and his brother Frederick Renaud (83).

Services will be held in Powell, Wyoming at the Thompson Funeral Home at 10 a.m. Friday, July 24. In lieu of flowers, donations to the family would be greatly appreciated. Donations can be made to gofund.me/24163558b.
