Glen Royce Kisselman

Glen Royce Kisselman age 66, passed away in Cody, Wyoming on April 19th, 2025. Glen was born at Rose Hospital in Denver, Colorado on February 16th, 1959 to Alexander and Florence (Steiner) Kisselman.

He graduated from Kennedy High School in Lakewood, CO, in 1977. Glen then attended and graduated from the Colorado School of Mines in 1983 with of Bachelor of Science degree in Geophysical Engineering.

During Glen's career he worked for Champlin Petroleum/Union Pacific Resources for over 5 years, transferred to Fort Worth TX with UP Resources in 1990, then moved back to Colorado in 1993. He worked for Advance Geophysical which was eventually bought by Halliburton. Glen worked for over 24 years in seismic data processing and software development, including many different rolls in support, testing and testing management, product management and program management and support. This included a two year contract in Calgary, AB Canada under the NAFTA agreement.

Glen met Connie Jean Kahrs at Southern Gables Church in Lakewood, CO, and they were married September 18, 1993 in Golden, CO. They were blessed with two sons, Isaac Christopher and John Samuel.

Glen loved God and his family dearly. He enjoyed spending time with them on road trips all over Colorado and Wyoming, especially when it involved rockhounding. Glen was an avid collector of rock and mineral specimens and had an amazing display from all over the world. He loved trips to Nebraska, fireworks, trains, music and really good food. He will be greatly missed by his family.

Glen is preceded in death by his parents, Alexander and Florence (Steiner) Kisselman and his brother Matthew Kisselman. He is survived by his wife, Connie of Cody, son Isaac of Lakewood CO, son John(Wendy) of Cody, sister Joan (Jerry) of Olathe KS and many nieces and nephews

In memory of Glen, donations may be made to Samaritan's Purse, the International relief ministry of Franklin Graham samaritanspurse.org

Interment will take place at a later date in Olinger Crown Hill Cemetery, Wheat Ridge CO.
