Harriet Dorothy Olson

Harriet Dorothy Hagen Olson was born in Westby, Wisconsin, on December 8, 1915 to Otto and Mina Hagen.

On February 5, 1935, she married Carmen E. Olson. They had two sons, Luther and Monte. The family lived in Westby until they moved to Powell, Wyoming in May of 1953, where Carmen worked at the First National Bank until he retired in 1977.

Harriet was a member of Hope Lutheran Church, where she was organist for eighteen years.

Harriet was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; three brothers; and a sister.

Survivors include her sons, Luther (Margaret), of Lyndhurst, Ohio, and Monte (Judy), of East Wenatchee, Washington; five grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.

Donations may be made to the Hope Lutheran Church in her name.
