Ilene Frances Kobbe

Ilene Frances Kobbe, 94, passed away Nov. 17, 2025 in Powell, Wyoming.

She was born March 3, 1931 to parents Elgin Gillett and Garnet Pearl Trumble in Powell. After high school, she married Kenneth Dean Kobbe in Sheridan, Missouri.

Ilene and Kenneth lived in Powell and Worland, Wyoming, with Ilene keeping the home and staying involved in the community, including involvement in the Homesteaders and golf clubs.

She was preceded in death by daughter Connie Frances Mason, husband Ken Kobbe, Velma Moore and Glen Gillett.

She is survived by daughter Cindy Pearl Peterson and three grandchildren.

Pallbearers are Randy, Brian and Ken Peterson, and honorary pallbearers are Syd and Zach Thompson.
