Jeanette Rieff Seiver

Jeanette Rieff Seiver, 86, passed away on Aug. 15, 2022, in Billings, Montana. She was born on Feb. 29, 1936, to Harve and Bertha Dodge. 
Jeanette married James J. Seiver on Nov. 8, 1980, in Powell. She enjoyed camping and fishing with Jim. She was a member of the Polecat Ramblers and Good Samaritans of Wyoming. 
She had many accomplishments in life, including starting college at age 53. Jeanette earned an associate of arts and an associate of science degree from Northwest College, and a bachelor of science degree from the University of Wyoming. She was a small business owner and housewife. She trained as an EMT and was an excellent seamstress.
Jeanette was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and sister Iona Cox and daughter Sherry Lynn Rieff, son Cody Lynn Rieff, and daughter Vickie Rieff Barela. 
She is survived by her sons Clint (Debby) Rieff of Powell, Gilbert Barela of Powell, Russ (Teri) Seiver of Cody, Wyoming, and Judson (Caroline) Seiver of Cody; daughters Janet (Archie) Creighton of Casper, Wyoming, and Diana (Ron) Kaehn of Yorba Linda, California; sister Sharon Lundeen of Amarillo, Texas; 15 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. 
A graveside service will take place on Sept. 3, at 10 a.m.,  at Crown Hill Cemetery. 
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society.
