Jeffery Paul Stang

Jeffrey Paul Stang passed away April 27, 2023, in his home town of Powell, Wyoming.

He was born Aug. 16, 1958, in Grayson, Texas, to Matthew J Stang and Patricia A Hebert. After high school he worked in a gourmet Las Vegas, Nevada, restaurant, real estate and dog breeding. He married his wife Linda L. Clarkson on May 18, 1991, in Las Vegas.

The couple attended New Life Church of Powell and Jeff’s hobbies included fishing, hunting, woodworking, being contractor for the building of his home, photography and fast cars.

He was preceded in death by his parents Matthew and Patricia Stang, and stepdaughter Julie Ficenec.

He is survived by his wife Linda L Stang of Powell, Wyoming; brother Daniel Stang of Las Vegas, Nevada, and niece Rhiannon Stang (Gabe) and nephew DJ Stang; sister Mary Toftey (J.C.) of Las Vegas, Nevada, and nieces Kelsey Toftey, Callie Toftey (Austin), all of Las Vegas, Nevada; sister Julie Jones (Roger), and niece Nita Jones (Jack) and great- nephew Jackson, and niece Maya Jones, all of Las Vegas, Nevada.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, May 22, 2023 at Crown Hill Cemetery beginning at 4:30 pm.
