Jesus G Hernandez

Jesus G. Hernandez of Powell, Wyoming passed away on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at the age of 81. After several months of declining health, Jesus died peacefully with his wife, Manuela and their children by his side.

Jesus was born in Powell, Wyoming on December 25,1939. Jesus served in the United States Army in Fort Lewis Washington. While there, he earned the Medal of Expert Badge (Rifle Bar).
In 1960 he married the love of his life, Manuela Segura, and together they raised a family of five children.
Jesus loved Wyoming. In his spare time he enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and working in his huge garden.
Proceeding Jesus in death were his parents; Jesus P. Hernandez and Victoria G. Hernandez, his brother, Refugio Hernandez, and sisters; Josie Hernandez, Christine Winters, Mary Marquez, and Ramona Hernandez.
Left to cherish his memories are his wife of 61 years Manuela S. Hernandez, son Jesse S. Hernandez, daughters; Maryann Galvan (Juan J. Galvan) Harlingen, Texas, Ramona Gage (John Gage) Montrose, Colorado, Barbara Reyes (Juan Q. Reyes) Lubbock, Texas, and Candy Scozzari (Thomas E. Scozzari) Billings, Montana. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, nine greatgrandchildren, and sisters; Louise Gutierrez (Idaho Falls, Id.) and Connie Hernandez (Dubois, Idaho)
