Patricia Belle Wise, 91, passed away October 22, 2019 at the Spirit Mountain Hospice House in Cody.
A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, October 28, 2019, at 10:00 am at Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church located on the corner of Gilbert and 7th Street.
