Treven Matthew Keeler
(Feb. 3, 2000 - Sept. 22, 2025)
Treven Matthew Keeler was born in Nampa, Idaho, on Feb. 3, 2000. By gracious arrangement Treven was literally born into the hands and arms of his adoptive parents, Don and Jana Keeler. His first home was in Worland, Wyoming. After eight years there, his family moved to Powell, Wyoming, where he completed school, graduating from Powell High School and earning several associates degrees from Northwest College.
At a young age Treven was described as active, energetic, happy and goofy. These same characteristics carried on within him as he dealt with a life-long battle with depression. In middle school, he found his passion for Christ and grew, dedicating himself to excellence in his work and pursuit of ministry. In high school, he found self-expression of his intelligence and adventurous spirit through his time on the golf, speech and debate teams and in the drama club.
Treven was privileged to work for several professional craftsmen and gained skills and experience, which he went on to use in his own business venture and then to help others. This is what built his passion for ministry. Treven began to see his place in the Kingdom and how the LORD could use him to help His other children. He was focused on sharing Jesus through relationships. He had the incredible ability to turn a stranger into a friend, to never shy away from a hard conversation, and ways took time to talk to everyone he encountered. Treven expressed compassion and genuine interest in their lives and struggles, eager to show the love of Christ. He had currently been active with Grace Point youth and Northwest Campus Ventures.
By way of remembrance, the family would prefer donations to Grace Point for their youth programs (gracepointpowell.org) or contributions to Northwest Campus Ventures through the Foundation for Christian Discipleship (fcd@campusventures.org).
Services will be held at Grace Point on Friday, Sept. 26, 2025 beginning at 10 a.m.
